Creme brulee

Anshuman often takes me out to lunch at this lovely restaurant called Jones The Grocer. So I went there today and had a Creme Brulee for dessert and it was perfection itself. The caramel was perfectly formed and cracked under my spoon with a crunch. As the cream and crunch mixed in my mouth I think I glimpsed a piece of heaven.









I love desserts which is probably why I had to get diabetes. Oh but the creme brulee was the perfect sin, one which I will indulge in again for sure.
